FRESHWATERS Inc..,  is a unique 501c3 organization offering individuals and organizations a "Fresh Start" and new beginnings.  It was founded by Candace Parrott, who studied and trained in the U.K.   Her passion is to work with individuals who are survivors of LIFE.  looking for new beginnings while growing from within.
